"I wasn't told about the layover..."
Nobody mentioned I’d be having a layover on my flight from Chicago to Baltimore. In all the times I’ve flown that route, I’ve never experienced a layover on such a short journey.

I tried to reserve a flight, but the booking just wouldn’t process. Seems like the fare listed online wasn’t valid anymore. I felt let down by that. On the bright side, there was someone available to assist me in planning my journey. Sure, it ended up costing more, but they were super friendly and supportive.

"Incredibly Supportive Experience"
Absolutely amazing support! I was traveling with a seriously messed up foot, broken in three spots, and the crew went above and beyond to help me navigate through security and all the other stuff. I'd totally suggest this airline to anyone!! 👍

The agent was really great, constantly searching for different flights and car rental options to find the best deal in terms of time and price. The car rental place was a bit away from the airport, but their pickup service was quick and polite.
